Boy that was a lot of work. I don't often do detailed backgrounds, and this was a doozy. Well, I wouldn't have put so much work into it if I wasn't having fun. My apologies for the awful wobbly perspective.

Commission for Beth; her air elemental in the drowned hall of her dead husband.

EDIT: shifted the colors a little.

Dear sweet goddess of Art on a tricycle... this is wonderful. It's a definite departure from the work I've seen from you so far--less flowy, more solid and geometric, but no less awesome.

I'd be interested in seeing this piece with different color schemes--perhaps more golden, like it was before her husband died? I guess letting you play with the image up to the comissioner, though. ^.^

This is beautiful! When I saw the line art, I imagined a much warmer color palette, but I think I like this even better.

That's stunningly, stunningly beautiful - I love how the mosaic kind of looks like a warped reflection of the woman on the throne. That's really... woah. Throws off the perception just enough. Wonderful, as always.
