I started this piece ages ago, just to see what I could do on the computer without inked lines to guide me.

Underdressed frost fae annoy me on some level; I know they're elementals, and don't feel the cold if the artist says they don't. But really, aren't there enough naked women on the web already?

ooh, lovely - the fur suggests cold more than nudity would, certainly, and the movement of the hair indicates the wind...i particularly love the faint aurora borealis in the background...

It's very inuit looking.. I R luv. Besides the naked thing, I must give note that the fae only have humanish form to fool the humans and would pick a form that seems like those around it.. thus the fur makes far more sense than nudity and playing in the snow when showing an ice fae in larger forms. I love the aborialis in the hair and the faint tinge of the ice in the ears as if, were the hair down, it's fae nature could be hidden by the darker locks of the inuits it was immitating. ^.^

You did the face beautifully, and just the colors themselves indicate the cold. GOOD.

never enough naked women. lol. j.k.~ i like this peace. and the white coat blends in with the background putting emphasis on her face, adding something especially human to the peace. there really isn't much i can say on a note of critique without touching on personal opinion. so this peace is as perfect as it gets, at least in my eyes.
